PRINCE2 is the defacto standard in the UKfor best practice in project management and has been incorporated into the management structures of organisations across the board. First developed in 1989 the PRINCE2 training programme covers the management, control and organisation of a project offering any type of organisation a structured and efficient strategy for dealing with any kind of project.
