Paul Bradley- Managing Director  Ten years in Central Government, followed by fifteen years in the private sector in corporate and privately owned organisations gives Paul a full understanding of what is required to establish effective best practice environments.  Paul's desire to continually develop Best Practice training approaches through both the classroom and distance learning helps ensure that SPOCE remains a leader in the market. Paul has overall responsibility for SPOCE, but in particular overseas the Sales & Marketing, Product Development and e-Learning teams.

Ken Bradley - Director  Ken is the founder of SPOCE, and was instrumental in establishing PRINCE2® as the standard approach for managing projects.  Author of the best selling publication "Understanding PRINCE2®", Ken is considered the "Godfather" of PRINCE®.  Ken has been involved in numerous implementations of the methods, and is responsible for ensuring that new products delivered by SPOCE are consistent with the ethos of best practice.

Carol Dore - Director Carol's extensive background in HR and training helps ensure that SPOCE remains focussed on delivering quality training that fits the organisation's and individual's needs.

Peter Inglis - Technical Manager Pete is the custodian of all SPOCE products, ensuring the safeguarding of all products and content. Pete also works closely with SPOCE's clients in providing training materials and e-Learning products for licensees, affiliates and delegates. Pete is also heavily involved in product development for both classroom and e-learning products.

Richard Lampitt- Lead Trainer  Richard is one of the leading PRINCE2® trainers in the World.  As SPOCE's PRINCE2® Lead Trainer, Richard is responsible for coordinating and developing all PRINCE2® training materials, and then disseminating these to approved trainers and licensees Worldwide.  Richard has trained over 20 trainers who have successfully completed the APMG approval process.

Helen Parsonage - Product Manager In addition to assisting the company directors, Helen is responsible for ensuring that SPOCE's accredited products remain in line with the latest addtitions and updates from the accrediting bodies. In order to do this, Helen acts as a vital communication point between SPOCE, the APM Group and the APM, and oversees all materials updates. Helen is also the product owner for SPOCE's APM courses.

Clement Pereira - Head of e-Learning Clement heads the e-learning teams to drive forward SPOCE's leading edge self-study products. Extensive study and experience in this field ensures that SPOCE's "Passport" branded distance learning products deliver content using best practice delivery styles. Clement is also responsible for ensuring that SPOCE maximises the use of technology in its business processes.

Greg Walker - Affiliates and Licensing Manager  Greg is responsible for managing the development of SPOCE's UK and global business through affiliates and licensees.  Also, as SPOCE's MSP® Lead Trainer, Greg is responsible for coordinating and developing all MSP® training materials, and then disseminating these to approved trainers and licensees

Angela Mann- Events Supervisor  Angela has been with SPOCE for 6 years and is responsible for managing the London and Bournemouth event coordination teams.  This encompases the effective management of SPOCE’s open public programme, client onsite courses, distance learning products and publications.
