SPOCE provide accredited training events through an open public programme as well as on-site company training. SPOCE's products and training materials are also licensed to training companies throughout the UK and the World for delivery of accredited Best Practice training. Licensees include companies in Australia, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Singapore and South Africa. SPOCE are accredited by the APM Group and have the distinction of holding UKAS/APMG Certificate 001. SPOCE was the first company to become formally registered by the OGC/APMG which reflected its commitment to becoming the first company to deliver an accredited PRINCE2 course with examinations in January 1997. SPOCE were also the first organisation to deliver the OGC's Managing Successful Programmes course, with examinations in March 2000. Continuing SPOCE's commitment to providing a wide range of training approaches, in 2003 SPOCE developed the first accredited distance learning product for PRINCE2 Practitioner level. "P2 Passport" demonstrated the company's commitment to lead the market for the OGC suite of Best Practice methods. In 2006 SPOCE added to this achievement by becoming the first company to receive accreditation for "MSP Passport" - distance learning for the MSP method (Managing Successful Programmes). Around one third people receiving accredited training are trained using SPOCE materials. This is achieved either through training directly delivered by SPOCE, or through our licensees and affiliate companies. SPOCE are constantly seeking to improve their products and services to clients, and is unique in providing software support to help Candidates pass the APMG Examinations. Publications also feature, with over 20,000 copies of "Understanding PRINCE2" having been sold since its publication in 1998. In 1999 OGC adopted Ken Bradley's "Passing The PRINCE2 Exams" which is still published as a key support product to PRINCE2 by The Stationery Office. "Using PRINCE2 - the project manager's guide" is the latest publication (written by Paul Bradley & Melanie Franklin) and is published by Project Management Today. Practical support tools have proven extremely popular with a number of clients. "P2 Launchpad" provides a platform for reference and templates, while our PRINCE2 Project Management Guides give easy step-by-step tailored support for Managing PRINCE2 projects in a client's organisation.
