Paul Bradley- Managing Director Ten years in Central Government, followed by ten years in the private sector in corporate and privately owned organisations gives Paul a full understanding of what is required to establish effective best practice environments. Paul's desire to continually develop Best Practice training approaches through both the classroom and distance learning helps ensure that SPOCE remains a leader in the market. Paul has overall responsibility for SPOCE, but in particular overseas the Sales & Marketing, Product Development, e-Learning and IT teams.
Ken Bradley - Director Ken is the founder of SPOCE, and was instrumental in establishing PRINCE2™ as the standard approach for managing projects. Author of the best selling publication "Understanding PRINCE2™", Ken is considered the "Godfather" of PRINCE®. Ken has been involved in numerous implementations of the methods, and is responsible for ensuring that new products delivered by SPOCE are consistent with the ethos of best practice.
Carol Dore - Director – Carol's extensive background in HR and training ensures that the company keeps focussed on delivering quality training that fits the organisation's and individual's needs.
Brad Pope- Business Development Manager Brad has over 30 years experience in the project management training industry gained from roles within Hoskyns Education, Cap Gemini and QA Training. Brad is responsible for managing the development of SPOCE's UK and global business through affiliates and licensees. Brad also manages the financial elements of the company, and is the key account manager for many of SPOCE's clients. Brad has responsibility for overseeing the Admin, Training Delivery and Accounts teams.
Richard Lampitt- Lead Trainer Richard is one of the leading PRINCE2™ trainers in the World. As SPOCE's Lead Trainer, Richard is responsible for coordinating and developing all training materials, and then disseminating these to approved trainers and licensees Worldwide. Richard has trained over 15 trainers who have successfully completed the APMG approval process.
Clement Pereira - e-Learning Manager Clement heads the e-learning teams to drive forward SPOCE's leading edge self-study products. Extensive study and experience in this field ensures that SPOCE's "Passport" branded distance learning products deliver content using best practice delivery styles. Clement is also responsible for ensuring that SPOCE maximises the use of technology in its business processes.
Sue Cook - Client Development Manager Sue's background is in HR and client management. Managing the sales and marketing team, Sue provides the link between SPOCE clients and the company Directors.
Angela Mann- Events Supervisor Angela has been with SPOCE for 6 years and is responsible for managing the London and Bournemouth event coordination teams. This encompases the effective management of SPOCE’s open public programme, client onsite courses, distance learning products and publications.
