Change Management Qualifications and Exams
The Foundation level is aiming to measure whether a candidate would be able to act as an informed member of a change management team within an environment supporting the Change Management approaches. The Foundation Exam is a 40 minute, closed book exam consisting of 50 multiple-choice questions.
The Practitioner level is aiming to measure whether a candidate could apply the Change Management approaches within an environment supporting the Change Management approaches. The Practitioner Exam is a 2.5-hour, open book exam consisting of 4 scenario- based objective test questions
