Management of Risk 1-Day Overview Briefing

This APMG accredited event is suitable for any organisation or individual seeing the need for a structured guidance for the management of risk at Strategic, programme, project and operational levels. The course is also suitable for Programme Directors or Senior Responsible Owners, Programme Managers, Business Change Managers, experienced project managers, programme support managers and senior managers from any discipline with involvement in managing risk.

The content of the briefing may be adjusted to suit the specific needs of the delegates.  Tuning of the briefing may be done in advance and cleared by the customer, but may also be carried out at the beginning, or during the briefing to ensure that attendees obtain exactly what they require from the briefing. The briefing will be delivered in a style appropriate to the level of attendance and will be fully responsive to attendees’ needs.

This OGC/APMG Accredited event is run in ½ day or 1 day modules at customers’ own sites in the UK and Overseas.  The 1 day module includes additional material describing the practicalities of integrating the M_o_R Guidance and creating the right environment.
