APPROACH
The content of the briefing may be adjusted to suit the specific needs of the attending managers. Tuning of the briefing may be done in advance and cleared by the customer, but may also be carried out at the beginning, or during the briefing to ensure that attendees obtain exactly what they require from the briefing. The briefing will be delivered in a style appropriate to the level of attendance and will be fully responsive to attendees’ needs.
DURATION
This OGC/APMG Accredited event is run in ½ day or 1 day modules at customers’ own sites in the UK and Overseas. The 1 day module includes additional material describing the practicalities of starting up a programme and creating the right environment and walkthrough of a case study for a successful programme.
