SPOCE runs a licensing programme on a global basis, providing organisations with a quick route to market in the AXELOS best practice and APM accredited training arena. SPOCE's proven record has seen licensing Worldwide, with partners in the UK, Holland, Denmark (spoce.dk), Poland, Italy, South Africa and Australia. In addition to a number of resellers and licensees, SPOCE currently have over 15 Affiliate companies registered with the accrediting body APM Group.
There are three options for offering accredited training in the Best Management Practice methods:
Reseller - This is basically an arrangement for an organisation to sell SPOCE training products and claim a commission for each sale. This option provides a quick route to market and provides a nationwide public course schedule, onsite client courses and online accredited e-learning. The process for setting up a reseller arrangement can be completed within a day.
Affiliate -This option is ideal for companies wishing to gain a quick route to market. An Affiliate may use the required trade marks (i.e. PRINCE2®, MSP®, M_o_R®, P3O®) in marketing materials and advertise training events under their own banner. In association with SPOCE, all examinations will be ordered, and the administration for such will be taken off your hands. Although SPOCE materials must be used, Affiliates do have an option to rebrand and print these. The Affiliate can also enter into arrangements directly with APMG Approved Trainer, provided that the trainer is familiarised on SPOCE's materials. SPOCE can also provide Approved Trainers for training events run by the Affiliate. The process for setting up an Affiliate arrangement takes 1-2 weeks.
ATO Licensee - To offer accredited training in the AXELOS best practice methods, it is required that organisations are either an Affiliate of an existing Accredited Training Organisation (ATO), or are an ATO in their own right. To become an ATO, you need accredited training materials approved by the APM Group (APMG). SPOCE's accredited materials are available under a license arrangement to meet this requirement of the APM Group. You will also need to develop a Quality Manual and Procedures based on the APM Group's required standards. At least one trainer must also be identified. An QATO License agreement can be setup in days. You would then need to prepare your organisation for when dealing with the assessment by APM Group.
Whatever route is taken, all partners are supported by SPOCE’s established international network. If you would like further details on becoming a Reseller, Affiliate or ATO Licensee with SPOCE, then please write to Paul Bradley (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following details.
