Benefits Of M0V®

Course Approach

This is the 2 day Foundation course and is a mixture of input and practical sessions teaching to the APM Group ‘Foundation-level’ syllabus, delivered by an APMG approved trainer with practical experience of project and portfolio management. The course incorporates the APM Group Foundation exam, but includes additional focus on the application of the method using application-level tasks in order to add value and help delegates better understand how to apply the concepts of MoV®, as well as be better prepared if they ever choose to go on to take the Practitioner-level exam in the future.

The Foundation exam is taken near the end of the last day, after all of the MoV® elements have been sufficiently covered.

Delegates should spend approximately 6 hours pre-study in order to be well prepared for the course.

Approach & Exams

MoV® Foundation Exam: 40 Minutes, closed book, 50 multiple-choice questions
